Quipu is an outreach project of the literary work of young Peruvian writers, preferably (but not exclusively) provincial circuits unrelated to conventional publishers. Quipu invites writers to participate in the project by sending their texts (poems and stories) to following website: gfaveron@gmail.com Every two weeks, will select the text received in the past fortnight, and the selected text will be published simultaneously in a network that has so far 22 blogs , a national newspaper and a bilingual radio show in Germany.

The national daily El Peruano is through its supplement Variety.
The radio program is Haltestelle Iberoamerika (Whereabouts Latin America), which airs in two German states and worldwide online at www.querfunk.de In the program, the selected text would be read in English and German translation. BASES
may send their texts (stories or poems) to Quipu all those Peruvian writers who meet at least ONE of the following (not necessarily all three, enough to meet one):
1. Be less than 30 years.
2. Not having published more than two books (the authors prefer unpublished).
3. Have not ever published in an editorial limeña.Repetimos: just meet ONE of the above three conditions.

The bases do not specify that the author should be inside the country. However, one of the central intentions Quipu is the dissemination of literature written in the provinces. It is therefore particularly encouraged young writers Lima not to participate, but do not discriminate against those of capital.
Deciding which of the stories received will be published in Quipu be made by a group of evaluators, preferably chosen from among the managers participating blogs.
